Amino acids provide protein building blocks which body uses to synthesize body tissues such as muscle and bones where amino acids are present in inadequate amounts due to nutritional deficiency or illness.

Complex B vitamins and niacinamid are water soluble vitamins that are not retained in the organism in appreciable quantities, being necessary an external contribution when physiological or pathological situations exists. These vitamins are involved in many metabolic functions as functioning of the nervous system and becomes essential to the red blood celss production and DNA synthesis.
